All,
As you know we have had previous communications
regarding a Liftside homeowners referral group. I am part of such
a group on Sanibel Island Florida and it works very well.
It works like this: 1) All members are
encouraged to have a website or some means of advertising, 2) When an
owner receives an inquiry that they cannot use, they simply email the
information to the other members of the group, and 3) There are no
referral fees involved.
Our goal is to attract renters to Liftside and keep
them at Liftside, no matter who they rent from.
As you have seen by today's emails, there are some
referrals happening now. If you are interested in being part of
the group, please email me with your interest in joining. If not, we
won't bother you with emails.

which is our association site. At this time we have three owners that
have created websites that are displayed on it. There is a phone
number on it when you can have a site created with a local Keystone
webmaster.
